A new adventure awaits you on National Trails Day! As the sun goes down, join our interpretive staff for this guided trail hike into the nighttime woods of John James Audubon State Park. Hikers will explore the nature preserve trails by lantern light.
Some kid-friendly battery lanterns will be provided. Feel free to bring your own, but please, no glass lanterns. Participants MUST wear closed-toe shoes. Meet at the entrance to Warbler Road (by the Main Office/Welcome Center). The hike will begin at 8:30 P.M. Be prepared to hike about 2.1 miles over hilly terrain and a staircase. Admission is $2 per person.
