4th Annual Halloween Campout - 10/26/2007 to 10/28/2007
Join in for a spooktacular camping weekend at Taylorsville Lake State Park. Enjoy activities throughout the weekend such as hayrides, trick or treating, campsite decoration & much more! There are activities & contests for all ages. Festivities begin on Friday, October 26 at 5:00pm. Please call the park for more details.

Possum Ridge 5K Race - Kentucky State Parks Race Series

The Possum Ridge 5K is the fourth stop on the Kentucky State Park Race Series. Runners of all ages will enjoy the run through scenic park property on a paved road course. The easy-level course with slight inclines to accommodate any style of runner will make for competitive times. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. EDT and the race begins at 8:00 a.m. EDT. The race will begin from the park Picnic Shelter. Pre-registration rate of $15.00 will be available until day before race day. $20.00 day of race fee. Download registration brochure (pdf file)
