Conference attendees are just steps away from the lodge guest rooms and dining room. Seating 224 banquet-style and 400 theatre-style, the Highland Room features rich wood paneling, exposed wood tresses and abundant natural light through two walls of windows.
The lodge also has two lower-level meeting rooms, the Thistle and the Tartan Rooms, that open to the patio of the park's swimming pool. Situated on a hill above Barren River Lake, the lodge boasts one of the most beautiful vistas in all the park system. During the day, boats can be seen cruising the lake, while at night, the lights of cottages surrounding the lake reflect off the quiet waters.
