Connell Nature Trail (1 mile)
This one-mile trail begins at the head of the road leading to the beach. There is an old spring house as you enter the trail which was once used by previous landowners to cool milk, etc. The trail breaks into a field area which is a popular place for the white-tailed deer. Walking across the field you will walk into the woods again and head down to an area that has had flooding in the past few years. Many trees are dying here as a result of the standing water. This trail has hills and is considered moderately difficult.
Lena Madesin Phillips Trail (.5 miles)
This is a one-half mile nature-historical trail. It has been dedicated in memory of Dr. Lena Madesin Phillips, who devoted most of her life to the advancement of women in the business and professional world. This trail has interpretive markers throughout, which were donated by the Business and Professionals Women’s Club.
Bike & Hiking Trail (2.5 miles)
A paved trail that makes a two-and-one-half mile loop. This trail begins at the golf course entrance near the lodge.
