Cumberland Falls

Make your next business meeting or conference a truly “magical” occasion at Kentucky’s most famous natural attraction. The historic Dupont Lodge and multi-purpose building are perched high above the Cumberland River as it rushes over a boulder-strewn gorge to form the 125-foor-wide cascade known as Cumberland Falls. Also called the “Niagara of the South,” the mist from this majestic waterfall creates the magical moonbow, appearing only on clear nights with a full moon.

With this spectacular natural setting as your backdrop, your group is center stage with an attentive staff and well-designed facilities. The multi-purpose building accommodates up to 275 guests banquet-style and 300 theatre-style. The distinctive Dupont Lodge, with massive hemlock beams, stone fireplaces and knotty pine paneling, offers two additional meeting rooms with seating for up to 125 guests, and a private dining room. Regardless of the type of event you're planning at the resort, the distant thunder of Cumberland Falls helps keep guests relaxed and focused.
