The $2.5 million Ray Mullinex Convention Center opened in the spring of 2002. The 11,000 square foot building offers banquet-style seating for up to 250 people, and theatre-style seating for up to 300. Architectural features include a stone exterior, cedar siding and a dramatic glass corridor leading to the lodge. Guests are greeted with spectacular views of Dale Hollow Lake from an outside deck, and can enjoy their stay in one of 60 well-appointed lodge rooms situated near hiking trails, a swimming pool and a full-service marina.
The meeting space in the Mullinex Center can be broken into three different sections, suitable for training seminars, banquets, couples’ retreats, wedding receptions or family reunions – just about any type of function you can imagine. Each room has numerous electrical outlets, internet access, and built-in projection screens. Audio and visual equipment is available upon request.
