All cottages have a wooded view. All cottages are complete with hair dryers, irons & ironing boards, coffee maker, television, soap, shampoo & Bluegrass Blend Coffee, kitchen appliances, pots & pans, flatware and dishes.
All rooms have key card entry for improved security.
Pets are not allowed (with the exception of service dogs).
9,445 total square feet of meeting space. The conference center, a short drive from the lodge, totals 7,315 square feet and can be divided into thirds. This contemporary facility is both beautiful and efficient. A large foyer and coat room increases the flexibility. The facility is adjacent to the amphitheatre.
The two lodge meeting rooms are 1,080 and 1,050 square feet and conveniently located. Both rooms have beautiful views of the woods.
The Pines, a separate building is available for banquets and meetings as well as the two private dining rooms.
One picnic shelter is available for groups to reserve.
The Music Highway Grill Restaurant is located on the lower level of the main lodge (elevator available). New menu created in 2007and restaurant was renovated in 2005.
Facility seats 224 people featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Buffets available at the chef’s discretion based on number of groups and guests in-house.
Private dining room available upon request which seats up to 80 people.
Banquet dining: buffets and sit down menus available, cookout menu for patio or shelter, and working lunches and refreshment menus for meeting groups.
