Attention all area artists--March Madness is coming and you're invited to participate! Audubon Museum presents the annual invitational exhibit "March Madness" for all tri-state artists. Use this opportunity to exhibit and sell your art pieces. Each artist may place up to two pieces of art in the exhibit. Slitherin' Into Spring Henderson, KY

Stop in John James Audubon State Park today for some WILD Wednesday spring break fun--we'll have a slitherin' good time! Our naturalist will introduce you to the Nature Center's reptiles for an up-close and personal look at these fascinating creatures. Create and take home your own "reptile" craft. Most appropriate for ages 5-12. Parents must accompany their children. Approximately 1 hour. Cost: $2 admission.

Wildflower Extravaganza Henderson, KY

As the winter forest awakens, spring wildflowers emerge and create a blanket of beauty within John James Audubon State Park.  Join our naturalist as we search the forest floor for newly appearing flora.  Several hikes of varying lengths are planned, as well as a midday scavenger hunt for kids age 3-10. Hikes depart from the Audubon Museum Front Porch. Activities are FREE.
