Laurel Trail 0.25 mile
.25 mile trail, begins at end of cabin area 1, ends at trail #6 near Gatliff Bridge overlook,
Moonbow Trail 10.8 mile
10.8 miles, begins at Cumberland Falls, ends at mouth of Laurel River, section of Sheltowee Trace #2, 2 miles below falls the trail junctions with trail 2, can be made into 7 mile loop via trails 1 &2
Cumberland River Trail 5 mile
5 miles, trailhead at far end of picnic area, follows river upstream for 2 miles, continues along an old logging road, trail will intersect with Moonbow, ends at falls parking area
Civilian Conservation Corps Memorial Trail 1 mile
1 mile, self guided nature trail, trailhead located in front of Dupont Lodge, connects with trail 5 and will lead to Cabin area 2, trail ends back at lodge parking lot
Campers Path 0.5 mile
.5 mile, allows campers to reach falls/river, also leads to cabin area 2, Trail 2 and 4
Cumberland Falls Trail 0.5 mile
.5 mile, begins at picture display in front of Dupont Lodge, most popular route to falls, excellent view of river and Gatliff Bridge, total descent of 200 ft, ends at falls parking lot,
Rockhouse Trail 0.5 mile
.125-.5 mile, 2 trails that connect trails # 2, 11, &12, trail splits with both paths leading to river
Trail #8 0.25 mile
.25 mile, spur trail connecting trail 11 with KY 90
Eagle Falls Trail 1.5 mile
1.5 miles, only trail leading to Eagle Falls, follows cliffline for much of the trail, best view of Cumberland Falls, after crossing seasonal stream, trail 9 becomes a loop, a spur will take you to the river, lower section of trail may be under water during high water, latter section of the trail is rugged
Blue Bend Loop 4.5 mile
4.5 miles, begins across KY 90 at trail 9 (Eagle Falls) parking lot, several branches off of main trail, be sure to follow signage, gradual climb uphill until reaching top of ridge and old logging road, passes through nature preserve gate, descends to river and joins Sheltowee Trace, at junction go left and follow river to Gatliff Bridge
Anvil Branch Trail 2.5 mile
2.5 miles, connects trail 2 & 7, may be accessed from trail 8, 2, or at Ky 90 near park entrance, abundance of spring wildflowers, some sections quite steep
Wildflower Loop 1.25 mile
1.25 miles, trailhead located in campground 1, follows sandstone cliffs and rock houses, joins trail 1 for small section, heads uphill and ends at pool
