The Original Trail 0.75 mile
.75 mile trail, begins behind gift shop, easiest way to Natural Bridge, 500 elevation increase, 4 trail shelters, ends at base of arch
Balanced Rock Trail 0.75 mile
.75 mile trail, trailhead behind Hemlock Lodge, steepest trail in park, pass cave which leads to Original Trail, named for giant sandstone rock along trail
Battleship Rock Trail 0.75 mile
.75 mile trail, trail forks off of Original Trail to the right, follows ridge above parking lot, pass foot of Devil's Gulch, ends beneath bridge
Rock Garden Trail 1.75 mile
1.75 miles, starts along Battleship Rock Trail, travels ridge above the lodge, ends at base of bridge
Sand Gap Trail 7.5 mile
7.5 mile, trailhead at upper end of Balanced Rock Trail, follows old logging road, descends steeply into Lower Hood Branch, climbs opposite side of valley for .2 mile then turns off road, difficult trail, allow 4-6 hours to complete
Hoods Branch Trail 3.75 mile
3.75 miles, trail begins under Natural Bridge, follows base of cliffs to Hood's Branch, 2 small footbridges, 2 options near end of trail to loop or continue out
Henson's Arch Trail 0.3 mile
.3 mile, small unusual arch at beginning of cave, ladder leads to sinkhole
Lakeside Trail 0.25 mile
.25 mile, connecting trail for Whittleton campground, begins at campground road side parking lot, travels around lake below lodge, ends near gift shop
Laurel Ridge Trail 0.75 mile
.75 mile, begins atop natural bridge, follows rim of cliffs, travels to Lookout Point, stairways lead off the trail to other locations/trails, pass top of Devil's Gulch, trail ends at Loversleap with commanding view of canyon
Low Gap Trail 0.5 mile
.5 mile, trailhead located at Skylift parking lot, follow switchback to natural bench, follows through natural limestone gap, connects wih Rock Garden trail, other trail connections along Low Gap trail
Upper Hoods Branch Trail 0.75 mile
.75 mile, crosses Upper Hood's Branch of small wooden bridge, option to loop back or follow trail out
Whittleton Trail 2 mile
2 miles, trailhead located at Whittleton campground, easiest walking trail in Red River Gorge, follows Whittleton creek, ends at KY 15, connector for trails in Red River Gorge, Whittleton arch may be accessed from this trail
