Welcome to the Parks Passport program. The Passport program offers participants rewards for overnight camping and lodging stays and golf course visits. Obtain a passport book from any state park and have it stamped when visiting a park. The passport is available for purchase online and at parks gift shops.  The cost is $5.00 plus shipping and handling online and $5.00 plus tax at the gift shops.

How To Use Your Passport

All Passport holders are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing and monthly drawings by activating their passport.  All Passport holders are eligible for prizes regardless of age, if the Passport is activated online. Prize recipients under 18 are required to travel with an adult.

EARN YOUR OWN REWARD

Passport holders may earn their own reward by participating in our Resort Lodge, Campground, Golf or Family Recreation Adventure” validation program in the back of the passport book. This validation program is designed for participants who wish to explore new parks and create their own adventure by travelling to different State Park locations. Rewards are earned by overnight stays or paid admissions in a required number of new locations.

This reward program is based on individual participation and only one passport can be validated per stay. Participants may choose to complete all four categories or only one. Each program may be mailed separately upon completion of the required number of validations.

LODGING REWARD PROGRAM
6 Unique Stays - Receive One Night Free

Stay in 6 different State Park Lodges a minimum of one night, have your lodging reward page validated with the park stamp and confirmation number to receive a certificate for one free night in any State Park Lodge Room.

CAMPGROUND REWARD PROGRAM
9 Unique Stays - Receive One Night Free

Camp in 9 different State Parks a minimum of one night, have your reward page stamped at the Entrance booth , include your confirmation number and receive a certificate for one night free at the campground of your choice.

GOLF REWARD PROGRAM
One Round of Golf at 6 different State Park Courses - Receive One Round Free

HOW TO ACTIVATE PASSPORT

To activate the new passport id, you will be directed to the Passport applicaton (link is listed after below instructions) and complete the following steps:

• Step 1- You will be asked to create a new login account with a login id and password for future access to the application;
• Step 2 - Enter your profile information;
• Step 3 - Activate the passport id.

Once the account is created, you will be able to login and activate additional passport numbers and view certificates issued. Please click here to activate your new Passport Id or to log into an existing Passport account.

GRAND PRIZE

One Week Stay in a 2 Bedroom Cottage of your choice during the 2010 season at any Kentucky State Resort Park.

All Passport holders are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing by registering their unique Passport identification number on-line prior to December 17, 2009. Purchase of the Passport and registration of the Passport number on-line are all that is required for this prize. Registrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWINGS

Three additional Passport holders will be selected on the 30th of each month and awarded a prize just by being a Passport participant. These drawings will begin July 30th 2009 and continue through May 30th, 2011.

First Prize: 2 Night Week-day Stay in a lodge room at any Kentucky State Resort Park.
Second Prize: Golf for 2 including golf car at any Kentucky Golf Trail Course
Third Prize: Admission for 4 to any Historic Home or Fort

QUARTERLY COUPON & DISCOUNT OFFERS

All Passport holders that activate their Passport number online and provide a current email address will receive quarterly coupons and discounts for Kentucky State Park lodging, camping, golf and recreation available exclusively to Passport members. Login into your passport account to view coupons.
