Lodging is available at all 17 state resort parks and one recreation park - John James Audubon.  Each of the resort parks have a full-service lodge and dining room and many have cottages.  John James Audubon State Park has cottages. If you plan to stay more than a day in one of these state parks, the on-site lodging should be a part of your trip plan.  

All 17 Kentucky State Resort Parks offer free wireless internet access from lodge public areas, lodge rooms and meeting rooms.

Prior reservations are recommended before visiting; detailed instructions are provided as you make your online reservation.

Kentucky State Parks proudly boasts the largest developed state park system in the country with 17 resort parks strategically or historically located around Kentucky's rich natural resources. The 17 full-service lodges with hotel type rooms offer dining, nationally recognized golf courses, swimming, marinas, day-use meeting and conference facilities, nature programming and organized activities for children as well as hiking trails that let you experience the local wildlife. For an experience that’s more in tune with the wilderness, choose from about 3,000 campsites at 32 different Kentucky State Parks. We can accommodate everyone from a family in a luxury RV to a single camper with a pup tent. The camping fee is reasonable, and each RV site includes the standard electric and water hookup amenities.
