This antebellum home, built in 1859, features an 18th and 19th century collection and archaeological exhibit from the 1790 Butler cabin. "Butler's Grove" was once a site of political rallies, encampments and a working farm.
The house is managed by Friends of Butler, and seasonal tours are conducted Memorial Day- Labor Day 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Admission Fees: $5.00 adult, $3.00 child, and under 6 Free
During non-seasonal months tours can be arranged with Friends of Butler, but please give a five day notice request.
