General Butler State Resort Park is located along I-71 in Carroll County, about halfway between Louisville and Cincinnati.

We welcome your group to enjoy our warm and inviting lobby with hardwood floors, oversized stone fireplaces and windows overlooking the vast forest. Our state-of-the-art conference center, just a few steps away from the lodge, accommodates group from 14 to over 700! A gas fireplace on one side of the center is a great cool weather addition, and a covered outdoor terrace graces the opposite end with spectacular views of the countryside.

We are conveniently located off of I-71 midway between Louisville & Cincinnati – your guests will not mind the short drive for their meeting at General Butler State Resort Park. We have high speed wireless internet in all lodge rooms and conference center, as well as great cell phone service, for those guests needing to “stay connected”.

Try a croquet game on the lawn of our historic Butler-Turpin Historic House, consider a nature hike in between sessions – we’ll provide the bottled water and trail mix.
