Come enjoy a magical weekend with other women at Cumberland Falls. This years event is scheduled during a Moonbow Weekend!
It is our hope that you leave here feeling refreshed and inspired. We create a safe space for women to enjoy yoga, guided hikes, journaling, and guided meditations. We will be focusing on techniques that you can use at home to help bring balance into your everyday life.
