What type of accommodations are available? 

• Options vary at each park, but offerings include hotel-style lodge rooms, cottages, cabins, and villas. Campsites are also available. 

When are check-in and check-out?

• For most properties, check-in time is generally late afternoon, while check-out is 11 a.m. for lodge rooms and 10 a.m. for cottages.

How do I modify my reservation? Is there a cancellation policy?

• Call the property directly for any cancellations or modifications to your reservation. 

Are there minimum stay requirements? 

• Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park and General Butler State Resort Park are among the few properties that require a minimum two-night stay for cottage rentals.

Are rooms accessible? 

• A limited number of accessible rooms are available at each resort. For accessibility information and details, contact the park directly.

Do you offer pet-friendly rooms?

• Our properties’ pet-friendly accommodations allow up to two pets per room for a $50 pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Please review the pet policy before your stay.  

Do accommodations have Wi-Fi, TVs, or kitchenettes?

• Offerings vary per property, but guests will find modern amenities, like TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchenettes. Check online or call ahead before you book. 

Are there dining options onsite?

• Yes, you’ll find dining options and restaurants at each of our resort parks. Be sure to check openings online, as hours vary. 

Are the Kentucky State Park lodges open year-round?

• Most Kentucky State Resort Park lodges are open year-round. During the winter season, some parks may offer lodging only on weekends or have limited availability. If you're planning a winter visit, we recommend contacting the park directly to confirm lodging availability and operating schedules
